Wallflower Refund & Return Policy
At Wallflower, we take great care and pride in every arrangement we create. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you or the recipient are not satisfied with your arrangement, we’re happy to offer a one-time replacement. To help us understand what went wrong and ensure quality going forward, a photo of the original arrangement is required.
Please note:

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Requests made beyond that window will not be eligible for replacement.

Please email hello@wallflowersanfrancisco.com with your order number, a photo of the arrangement and any additional relevant information you can provide.
